Nissan Invites YOU to Participate in 'Project 370Z'

If you have a soft spot for the sporty, sexy Nissan 370Z Roadster, you won't want to miss out on Nissan's invitation to help design a unique one-off coined "Project 370Z".

That's correct, Nissan is building a project- car variant of the acclaimed 370Z; and they want your help deciding on the car's powerplant, braking system, suspension...and virtually every other detail.

Now, Nissan might not be the first automaker to build a project car. But, they are, as far as we know, the first to invite enthusiasts to help....which is pretty darn cool.

It isn't a simple virtual exercise, either. Oh, no. Nissan is planning to tally the opinions of all Facebook fans who choose to participate and create a real-life 370Z Roadster that can drive on the track as well as the road.

Just wait... It gets even better!

After the roadster's grand debut in May, Nissan is planning to take 'Project 370Z' with them to a host of other events around the country, including SEMA. Ultimately, they want as many people who contributed to the design as possible to enjoy it.

If 'Project 370Z' sounds like something you want to be a part of, please log in to your Facebook account today and start commenting on http://www.facebook.com/nissanperformance. The one and only requisite is that participants must be Nissan fans first. That's it.

Royal Nissan, located at 9325 Airline Highway in Baton Rouge, LA, hopes you have fun.  And we encourage you to stay tuned as we bring you more Nissan news, soon.
