The most recent of which, is a five-star overall safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). What's makes this an even bigger deal than the fact that five-stars represent a perfect rating is the fact that Nissan LEAF is the first  pure EV to ever have its crash protection system evaluated by the federal government. Talk about setting the stakes high!

The Nissan LEAF has been widely accepted by customers.  It has also been named the greenest vehicle on the market.  However, Nissan is now pushing the "green" boundaries even more.  Their goal is to reduce the LEAF's draw on the grid by utilizing solar power and to mitigate battery waste.

Nissan has reached an unprecedented milestone and has built its one-millionth Frontier pickup.   We at Royal Nissan are excited to announce that the one millionth Frontier was built right here in the U.S. at Nissans manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN.

We would like to honor this milestone by sharing a little bit of the Frontier's dynamic history, from being the States' first mainstream small truck to its wild success today. In 1933, Nissan took control of DAT Motor Car Co. and subsequently developed the Datsun automobile marquee to distinguish a new, smaller car model from the larger existing…

2012 GT-R Spec R Update

Australian Nissan fans can expect the Nissan GT-R to receive some pretty powerful enhancements. The Spec R variant will have a more powerful suspension, combined with even more horsepower. The question remains, will we ever see this model on the Royal Nissan showroom floor?

Given how fast 'breaking' stories emerge...current events quickly become distant memories. There is some danger in this. For while the March 11 earthquake and tsunami seem to have been pushed into the shadows, the recovery effort is very much still a current event. The reality is: It will take months and months before things begin to resume some semblance of normalcy in Japan... if not years.

In seeing how ill-prepared the country was for such a high magnitude earthquake, Nissan Motor Co. is already taking precautionary measures to help protect its employees, products, and buildings from equally severe future…
